Project

The redevelopment of the former Co-Op site in Highworth was secured via a competitive Design and Build tender.

Located on the busy corner of the High Street and Swindon Road and within the conservation area the project was completed within budget and programme.

The completed project was very well received by the local community and all the units were let within a short period of time.
