cleared of contaminants by Gyrus.
The land owner achieved
outline permission for the site, with a full approval
obtained by Gyrus as part of our design and build contract.
Our expertise in brown field
site development allowed a potentially difficult site
to achieve a substantially higher return for the land owner
than was available by selling on the open market.
