Previously a furniture showroom this site was purchased by Gyrus with funding from the National Westminster Bank.

All funding, party wall, planning and building regulations plus design and build were undertaken by Gyrus. Gyrus also managed the final sales using local estate agents.

Although a difficult site to develop, the complete scheme of 4 houses to the rear and front block of 3 apartments have all received first rate reviews with regard to the use of the site and overall finish.
